Earlier in 2026, Mecox.com experienced technical difficulties related to its server environment. During this period, some accessibility-related features may have been temporarily affected. In response, Mecox purchased and implemented a new server environment, restored affected accessibility components, and continues to improve the performance, stability, and accessibility of the site.
In addition, we are designing and evaluating further accessibility enhancements intended to improve the digital shopping experience beyond baseline legal and technical requirements. These may include tools that provide clearer product summaries, richer product descriptions, improved audio quality, and other assistive features designed to help users better understand and navigate our products and services.
Our goal is not only to maintain accessibility compliance, but also to continue improving the quality, clarity, and usefulness of the experience for all users. We approach this work with a sincere and ongoing commitment to accessibility for all users.
While we work to maintain accessibility across Mecox.com, some third-party content, integrations, or newly added content may not always immediately reflect the same level of accessibility. We review and address accessibility issues as they are identified.
