Exceptional Vintage Ballet Costume Design believed to be by Pablo Picasso for the Ballets Russes ballet “Le Tricorne (The Three-Cornered Hat)
Picasso did several Russian Ballet costume designs including Parade in 1917 and Pulcinella in 1920
John Becker was a NYC Art Gallery at 520 Madison active in early 20th Century Avant-Garde Artists. The hand written text on the back appears to say “Picasso”, “Mather”, “#74” lot, “D.B .P.” and “Composition Venthus” and “Mathene”
