Mecox Palm Beach is hiring!  We are currently seeking a full-time sales associate to join our dynamic team. This position is full-time with 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Maintain a consistent high level of customer service by creating and developing excellent client relationships.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience preferably in a customer focused environment, design industry or related field.
  • Required to work a flexible schedule based on business needs that includes, evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Energy, attention to detail, initiative, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to daily tasks are required.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team oriented environment that requires a high level of multi-tasking.
  • Must be extremely detail oriented and have the ability to prioritize and manage complex client orders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively using available technology such as electronic register, e-mail, and our company website.
  • Ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn in a team setting.
  • Creation of client proposals, invoices, and purchase orders to vendors.
  • Expediting: Tracking orders from purchase order to shipping and arrival date- work with vendors and our warehouse to ensure items arrive as specified. Handling any issues in a timely manner prior to delivery to the client.
  • Hourly rate based on experience.
