A trade account provides the following benefits to designers and interior decorators:

  • 20% trade discount with a current state Resale Certificate except on books and original art.
  • In stock items are available for purchase off the showroom floor.
  • Items are available to take on loan with approval and credit card authorization.
  • Custom options and designs.

Please note our return and special order policy.  There are no cancellations, refunds or returns on special or custom orders once a Mecox authorization is signed.  Lead times on special and custom orders are subject to change.  A receipt must accompany all returns and items must be returned to a store location within 7 days for a full refund and within 30 days for a store credit. All books are final sales.
