Carved out of a 250-year-old hand hewn American barn beam. 5000-year-old bog oak used for the black chess squares imported from the Ukraine. Solid brass antique cover plates and #5 hinges from the early 1900's. Multiple secret compartments hidden under both the chessboard and chess tiers. Interior compartment made from West African Aniegre with American Sycamore trim. Plush Turkish red velvet lining the inside with storage for chess pieces, humidor, ashtray, pipes, cigars, wine, liquor and whatever else your heart desires!
